I like the convenience of a light back support with the heating pad.I had an initial problem as I was sent a European style plug instead of American. Easily corrected, but the company insisted on accepting responsibility and corrected the problem to my satisfaction.
The heating pad is not large but heats fast and does the job. This is a good product and worth the cost.

No Pain After First Use!

Awesome. I actually bout this for my knee, not for my shoulders and other things it's advertised for and the pain went away after 20 mins of using this. I had trouble walking up and down steps after an injury and this helped immediately. I tried to walk my steps again and didn't feel any pain whatsoever after the first use.

I've had this for 3 months now. It works very well. It does get very hot on its highest setting, but do not expect it to be as hot as a traditional heating pad - this is a different type of heat. I was prescribed this type of heat by my MD to aide in healing after a medical procedure (stem cell injections). The heat cannot be too hot and needs to penetrate deeply enough to get down to the level of the ligaments in my spine. It performed flawlessly. The velcro helps to keep things in place when I used it on my knee (I had stem cells there too). This is much more affordable than the one my doctors office was selling ($160). This is a great value!
