Great product, replacing an approximately 10-yr-old neck wrap my husband picked up for me in San Diego. The herbs inside smell wonderful and are very relaxing, adding to the hot or cold therapy effectiveness.

Love! I bought three herbal neck wraps over ten years ago when they used to sell then in the mall. Found them online! Purchased to send to daughter out of state bc she wanted hers mailed, thought it would be cheaper just to order her a new one bc they r pretty heavy and they have extra products that went along w/it.. I have owned two set of spine and back and bought five sets for family member. I have been satisfactory with it. So, I want to give the full treatment set a try because I was interested in the back wrap and the eye mask. I plan giving the shoulder wrap to my college daughter to keep her warm while study. I understand the eye mask designs for eyes and to be used while in lay down position. But, I also tried to use it on the back of my head to relieve the tendon tightness, which causes headache or sinus. It did not work well for that purpose because the ribbon can't hold the weight and unable to fasten on my head. I modify the ribbon with Velcro. The shoulder wrap including in this full treatment is different from the shoulder wrap in the set of spine and back. This shoulder wrap does not have Velcro to be able to fasten. I tried it out. It falls off my shoulder if I move. I have not used the sinus pillow yet. My satisfactory level with the full treatment set is okay. I only like the back wrap.

Bought it for my mom who uses it very often for her shoulder and neck. Never used the eye cover as neither of us are big on having things on top of our eyes when we sleep. The aroma does effect the microwave if you use it for food immediately. so we usually wrap it in a paper bag to microwave.
