I was SO ready to love this! It had such great reviews. I got it and: (1) Loved the weight,; (2) Loved the NON scent (I'm scent sensitive and some of these wraps have a strong odor); (3) Loved the plain blue fabric. The problem? It doesn't stay in place.

I heated it, put it on standing up and thought GREAT! And then I sat down and it started to slide backwards. I pulled it forward, and it slipped back again. It needs to come closer together in front and/or have an attachment (my last one had velcro) to hold it.

If only it had that it would be PERFECT, but if it keeps sliding off, I can't give it more than 1 star.

Do not buy this . This is overpriced and poor quality. The heat doesn't stay long as compared to the one i have made on my own. I only liked the shape of it over my shoulders but in terms of its quality this is poor. The product inside this doesn't create a powerful heating element. I usually heat it up in the microwave at 3 mins and then the heat doesn't stay long in a normal room temp like 75F.

This product is fantastic and precisely what I was searching for. There were many other options, but the rave reviews on this one sold me. I'll start with the design....it warms both shoulders and neck all in one swoop, great for relieving stress tension, or in my case a pinched nerve and a shoulder problem. I'm old, I'm falling apart - but I use this several times throughout the day (warm) for excellent relief of my symptoms. The design leaves me able to actually walk around with it draping over the shoulders the way it does, and sitting upright in my office chair for work. Other neck wrap styles I've had in the past left me with having to stay put and propped on the couch, I was very pleased when I received this and tried it to find that I could go about my day and move around. I've even clipped it in the front and have been able to reach & bend for instance doing laundry! I'd also like to make mention that the seller has been exceptionally pleasant, I've reviewed the seller separately but thought I'd mention here as well. Other reviewers make note of the smell of the rice with this product, it was very noticeable at first for me but did not bother me, I've had perfumed ones in the past and didn't like them, I'll take the faint scent of rice any day. This actually is fading a little more with each use anyway, but if you do prefer a scent, there are instructions included in the purchase for aromatherapy use with essential oils. Returned it, the quality was poor, it had a bad smell, it takes very long to warm it up.
Customer service recommended me to buy to one with herbs but since it was almost double the amount
I prefer to find another brand.
Had the original heating pad for over 15 years and it is still working but getting old.

The quality of the current is low, nothing than the original, Nature Creation should
focus on quality rather than trying to profit from cheap, and bad smell products.

Absolutley what I was looking for! I'm three weeks away from the due date of my first child and I wanted something that will help me during labor for cooling me down and relaxing me. It's going to be perfect! It's beautiful! Just heavy enough for comfort and it's the perfect size! Thank you so much! I would definitely buy it again!
