I sprained my chest and possibly cracked a rib and was told to apply heat to it. After checking, I purchased the Bon Care product. It had something like six different heat settings and also multiple timer settings, whereas other ones had fewer choices. I could choose a heat setting up to 149°, which was good because I wanted it hot. I could also set it to turn off automatically at any one of the number of times. In addition, the material itself was soft and comfortable for it apparently one can wet one of the fuzzy sides for a wet heat application, which is an even better heat transfer situation. The pad is somewhat big and my area of contact was small and that was one problem. I am applying a lot of heat to a large part of my body and , I had to fold up the mat to limit the amount of heat given. I had some questions and problems, and the company was extremely responsive and reliable, and did everything they could to respond to my questions and needs. They appear to be a very honorable and reliable company. I can recommend this heating pad to anyone who is interested. Also, it comes in several interesting different colors

I absolutely love this heating pad, I love that you could see the display and what temperature to set it and even the timer to when you want it to shut off. The different levels of temperature was my favorite feature, very soft, and comfortable and the color is very neutral to be enjoyed by everyone. It's very nice quality and I'd recommend it to everyone!
